About Us Husband and wife team Mark and Suzanne Foreman created Mark Foreman Catering, Inc. to meet the growing demand for catering services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties in 1999 shortly after returning from a honeymoon on Nantucket.
A graduate of Temple U niversity’s Tourism and Hospitality Management Program, Mark returned to college after years working in another industry. “I saw an opportunity to combine my extensive management experience with my passion for food and family.” Originally from Lancaster County, Mark spent many summers at his grandparents’ farms. It was there that he learned an appreciation for fresh food and the dedication it took to be so closely involved in the land. The hard work and sense of community helped form his belief in sharing his expertise and building a company based on integrity of purpose. “We have an opportunity to give our customers complete care, from menu selection to rentals and entertainment. Too many catering companies do not have the capability to be flexible. It’s easier for them to formulate a preset package and to tell the customer take or leave it. We listen to the client and create a package expressly for each of them. Customizing our menus to the clients’ needs originates from our belief that every party should be treated with the same level of importance. A bride-to-be may choose fine china, beautiful silver or antique linens for an elegant country reception. Or a family may be celebrating the birth of a child and want a special event. A second wedding may require a sophisticated but more casual touch. Our clients want fine catering for every party and with Mark Foreman Catering that is exactly what they can expect. We have based our company on the premise that all catering needs demand quality - from the simplest gathering to the most elegant of receptions and we have been very successful in this enterprise. We created Mark Foreman Catering Express in response to our customers who need catering on a regular basis—for company functions, family gatherings, even packages for people heading down to the shore for a long weekend. “I expect value for my money and I give people value for their money too. Suzanne McNamara Foreman Suzanne trained as an artist in New York City and is a graduate of City University of New York and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts Inaugural Masters Class. She often worked in the food industry while supporting her artistic endeavors. “I always found the hustle and bustle of food service to be a great antidote to the solitary nature of painting. All the time I thought art would be my career I was working in these fantastic gourmet food establishments, working with people like the Balduccis, who were incredibly creative, innovative and exciting. “Mark has a tremendous
level of energy and enthusiasm. His management skills are awesome. It
just made sense for him to move into the catering industry. He loves
food and he loves working with his clients. He has an acute sense of
what the customer needs.
We love what we do. We have
a beautiful baby boy and love living in Bucks County. When we get the
chance we sneak away to our house in Stone Harbor, NJ. |
